Workforce Profile

At year-end 2007, RCM’s workforce stood at 66 full-time employees and 274 contractors. Salaries and wages totaled $6.2 million, a $2 million increase over 2006. This figure does not include residual contributions to the local economy through indirect job creation.

In addition to safety training, we offered a number of skills training classes, many of which were open to both employees and community members. These included computer training and electrical training classes. The programs were part of our continuing efforts to promote from within our organization and to prepare a future workforce from within the local community.
