Employee Training

All RCM employees have undergone formal training to understand our approach to sustainable development. The training explains sustainability in clear-cut, understandable terms so that employees can apply related principles in their everyday work. Employees learn not only what sustainable development is and how it relates to their jobs; they also learn the effect it could have on our environment, society and business if these principles are ignored.
