Project Planning

Sustainable development principles are considered at the earliest project planning stage. Before any operational project is approved and funded, the responsible manager must complete the following sustainable development scorecard, which is part of a larger project planning assessment document. A score of +3 indicates that the project fully promotes sustainability; a score of 0 indicates neutrality; and a score of -3 indicates that the project diminishes sustainability.
