How We Operate

Like our parent company, Rio Tinto, health and safety are paramount in everything we do at Resolution Copper Mining, and we are guided by a number of related policies and procedures. We operate our business with integrity, honesty and fairness in accordance with Rio Tinto’s The way we work policy.

Our Five-Year Community Plan, coupled with Rio Tinto’s Community Policy, helps us develop rich community relationships and partnerships.

Sustainable development is also core to the way we operate, and this report is dedicated to providing the public and our stakeholders with detail on that aspect of Resolution Copper Mining’s business.
