Resolution Copper Mining, manager of the Resolution Project, is a limited liability company owned by Resolution Copper Company, a Rio Tinto plc subsidiary, and BHP Copper, Inc., a BHP Billiton plc subsidiary. Rio Tinto and BHP are two of the world’s largest mining companies. Resolution Copper Mining is headquartered in Superior, Arizona.
