Contractor Requirements

CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

Companies interested in contracting for Resolution Copper must comply with the following.

  • Send a letter of interest, including company qualifications and prior experience to Hesston Klenk of Resolution Copper
  • Register with Browz Group, LC.
  • Comply with MSHA Requirements
  • Comply with all safety and security rules and the Drug and Alcohol policies of Resolution Copper Mining
  • All employees must be MSHA and First Aid/CPR trained
  • Comply with Resolution Copper Mining Insurance Requirements
  • Comprehensive General Liability, per Resolution Copper Mining standards
  • Comprehensive Auto Liability, as applicable – Combined Single Limit $1,000,000
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Professional Liability, as applicable
  • No Limitation of Liability. The requirement for insurance as stated in this section shall not be construed as limiting the liability of the Contractor to RCML under this contract. The contractor will, at its expense, obtain insurance in such greater amounts and for such greater coverage, as it deems prudent to protect itself and RCML hereunder
  • Commitment to a high standard of environmental performance
